Rental Rates

  1. -In-season
    (June 16-Sept. 4, 2023):
    Per week = $1,150
    Per night = $195

(minimum 2-night stay,
July/August weekly stay)

  1. -Off-season
    (Before June 16, 2023 or After Sept. 4, 2023):
    Per week = $745
    Per night = $145
    (minimum 2-night stay)

  2. -Holidays (off-season)
    Per night = $169
    (minimum 2-night stay)


Notes

  1. -We accept any credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)

  2. -Our rates are listed in Canadian dollars (fees included, plus HST)
    and are based on up to four guests ($10 extra per person per night for additional guests)

 
 

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Funds are refundable if cancellation occurs on or before 30 days prior to your arrival date. The remainder will be charged to your credit card upon arrival. There will be no refund of remaining portion if cancellation occurs within two weeks prior to arrival, unless we are able to obtain another booking for the same period.


Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome ($25 extra per pet), but there will be added fee charged if your pet causes damages.


A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if house is left in an excessively untidy condition and there will also be a cost charged to your credit card as well if there are damages. This is a smoke-free environment. A $100 fee will be charged to your credit card if smoking is found to have occurred inside the house.
